"Turning Point" is constructed of metal beams situated on six granite pedestals. The metal forms, which are painted red, twist and spiral above viewers. The smooth finish of the painted metal forms contrasts with the granite base, which is a pitted black and white stone. Small red plaque on seating wall of plaza reads: "Turning Points"/by David Black c. 1998/Ohio Percent for Art Program.
